Rams for Photovoltaic
The fully hydraulic HRE ramming machine is built upon a robust tracked undercarriage featuring a live ring and durable rubber tracks, powered by a highly dependable Hatz two- or three-cylinder diesel engine. Engineered with exceptional stability, the HRE excels in both driving and extracting even the largest materials, boasting a 1.9-meter working reach and a usable mast height of 3.2 to 4.2 meters. Its innovative chain pressure mount applies a continuous, preset downward force, achieving significantly shorter ramming times with a lighter hammer weight, while an automatic electronic cutoff ensures precise, uniform depths across the job site. Furthermore, the unit can be converted for post extraction in just 15 minutes using a specialized modification kit, allowing a single operator to quickly and safely remove posts without the need for an external truck crane.
Beyond its core ramming and extraction capabilities, the HRE can be rapidly transformed into a fully functional drilling truck for heavy-duty applications by equipping an optional turn drive unit and downhole hammer. Long-term reliability is central to its design, featuring replaceable and adjustable bronze slide rails on all mobile components and heavy-duty, “Made in Germany” hydraulic valves specifically engineered for harsh construction environments. To minimize downtime and ensure seamless on-site operation, the machine is assembled using only premium-grade, universally procurable hoses and fittings. Coupled with a spacious electrical switch cabinet that securely houses all relays while offering room for auxiliary connections, the HRE delivers consistent, low-maintenance performance for comprehensive infrastructure projects.
